Looking For

We are currently seeking a Capital Markets Director to join our future CapGuide Lender Relationship Team. The team will consist of people who are looking to assist in shaping the future of our outreach program and foster trusted relationships with our lender partners.

The Capital Markets Director should have strong interpersonal skills with a track record of building key relationships. The ideal candidate should be driven, persuasive and passionate.

Job Responsibilities

• Serve as a liaison between lenders and CapGuide Funding.
• Identify and qualify prospective lender contacts at banks, debt funds, and private lenders.
• Build relationships with lenders through phone and email outreach; speaking confidently about Capguide fundings unique CRE debt placement process and our value to lenders.
• Facilitate building out the CapGuide's proprietary lending program database on the CapGuide App.
• Manage lender inbound requests, collect lending program tear sheets, and schedule meetings with new lenders to onboard them onto CapGuides platform.

Job Qualifications

• Possess outstanding communication, social skills, and knowledge on building relationships.
• Have the ability to multitask, prioritize, and autonomously manage your time.
• Should have lots of confidence and be comfortable and resilient in conversations with new real estate lender partners.
• Are excited by and thrive in a fast-paced and ever changing environment that comes with a growing organization. Should have an extreme passion to aid the company growing, developing and ultimately succeeding.
• Able to think on your own feet when being faced with new challenges, tough conversations, or difficult questions.
• Always raise your personal bar.
• Can take feedback (Positive or negative) professionally, and implement it immediately.
• 2 plus years of experience in the mortgage industry is not a requirement but is definitely a plus.
• Relationship Management Experience is a plus.
• Experience in real estate is not a requirement, but is definitely a plus.
